Industry Partners
The Veterinary Dermatology Service at the UC Davis Veterinary Medical Teaching Hospital is home to three board-certified Veterinary Dermatologists, two Veterinary Dermatology residents, and two veterinary technicians. The UC Davis Veterinary Dermatology service boasts one of the largest caseloads in the country and provides advanced medical care to dogs, cats, horses, and other companion animals living with a variety of naturally occurring skin diseases.
With the assistance of the UC Davis Veterinary Center for Clinical Trials, the Jordan Laboratory frequently recruits patients for a variety of clinical trials and research studies from the animals presenting to the UC Davis Veterinary Medical Teaching hospital for routine medical care, as well as from our hospital’s large referral base across Northern California.
To further our mission of improving patient care and treatment outcomes for companion animals living with skin disease, we are proud to collaborate with industry partners to perform much needed research on disease physiology, as well as perform clinical trials to test new, safe, and effective medications for animals with dermatologic disease.
